This highly-esteemed two day Summit will describe why population health is relevant to the healthcare quality professional and discuss the complexities of population health to ensure you are equipped to best perform your job. The event is chaired by Drew Harris, DPM MPH, Director, Health Policy and Population Health at the Jefferson College of Population Health. NAHQ’s National Quality Summit offers critical presentations and conversations giving leaders in the field the opportunity to identify mega trends in population health and how they impact the quality of care. This Summit will give participants the opportunity to connect with peers and experts to identify both barriers and new strategies for leveraging institutional and community assets to create conditions that promote population health and support coordinated care and recovery. Summit participants will leave the event energized and equipped with innovative solutions to implement in their own organizations. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included with the cost of registration. A copy of each presentation is included. Earn up to 12.25 CPHQ CE credits upon completion and evaluation of the activity.

Refund/Cancellation Policy- Refund requests must be received in writing by contacting our customer service team at info@nahq.org. Refunds are provided as follows, dependent upon the date that the cancellation notice is received:
- Two weeks prior to the first day of the event or earlier, a full refund less a $50 processing fee will be provided.
- Thirteen days to one day prior to the first day of the event, half of the registration fee less a $50 processing fee will be provided.
- Refunds will not be provided for notices received on the first day of the event or later.
