Katherine Kalthoff is the Patient Experience Officer at Northwest Community
Healthcare, an independent healthcare system in the Chicago suburbs that
includes a 489-bed hospital, physician group, immediate care facilities, and
wellness center. Kate has spent the better part of her 20-year career in
healthcare building patient experience programs and training clinical staff
across the country to have compassionate, effective conversations with patients
and their families. Her personal and professional experiences, along with her
engaging and personable communication style, have made her a much sought-after
speaker and coach for a variety of organizations.
