Description
This collection covers Performance and Process Improvement which is one of the eight domains of NAHQ’s Healthcare Quality Competency framework. The Performance and Process Improvement domain articulates how to use performance and process improvement (PPI), project management and change management methods to support operational and clinical quality initiatives, improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
Total Length: this collection includes ten (10) modules and will take the learner approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes to complete.
Target audience: Healthcare professionals working across the continuum of care who are seeking to refresh or improve their knowledge and skills in healthcare quality and safety.
Level: Foundational /Intermediate
This course is eligible for 5.5 CPHQ CE. You can earn credit by completing all modules and the evaluation.
