About the Presenter:
Ann Marks is a Care Coordination Consultant at the Delaware Valley Accountable Care Organization. She is responsible for directing the clinical services division of one of the largest Medicare Shared Savings Programs in the United States. She brings more than 25 years of experience in leading a case management team for self-insured companies, third-party payers, and health systems. She has deep expertise in implementing both.
