Many Quality departments or professionals struggle with the “what, when, and how” to present meaningful and value-added information to the Board. As improvement professionals, we continually have to improve our own processes of reporting, communicating, and demonstrating value of quality.
In this session, the participants will discuss what to communicate and how to engage their Board of Directors and Senior Team. Participants will learn what to expect from your Board of Directors and what they need from you to make data-driven decisions. By the conclusion, you will have practical concepts for leadership communication, steps for improvement related to your organizational goals, and tools and strategies for data-driven decision making.
