Live Learning Lab - Hospital at Home: Bravely Bringing Inpatient to the Patient

The course targets hospital leaders evaluating hospital at home for system/facility. Topics covered include evaluating implementation and building a scalable Hospital at Home program. This includes strategies to evaluate program start up, leverage existing resources, translating inpatient policy/practice to home environment and developing/achieving quality inpatient excellence in the home setting.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify strategic need for Hospital at Home implementation (capacity, ED flow, etc.) for your facility.
- Identify key stakeholders and leader buy-in for implementation.
- Analyze current state and identify additional resources for location (IT support, staffing)
- Lessons learned to help drive success of the program --tracking quality metrics and alignment to brick and mortar
