Rachel E. Smith, BSc, MSc, Executive MBA, CPHQ
Healthcare Executive with more than 20 years of experience ranging four countries serving in various leadership positions. Held P&L responsibility, quality leadership, proposal/grant writing and provided strategic direction for successful business outcomes. Currently the Chief Program Officer at Health Care Dynamics International providing healthcare consulting services.
Carissa Lipton, BA
Carissa Lipton is an experienced manager and problem-solver in the healthcare consulting industry. Driven by her passion for helping people, she takes pride in providing equitable care solutions for clients. As a Project Manager at HealthCare Dynamics International, she is responsible for working closely with local and state health departments to lead a large team in successful public health intervention. In her previous work, Carissa has worked closely with clinicians on value-based payment model evaluation and education. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware and will be obtaining her CPHQ certification this summer.

As a first generation American growing up in rural Georgia, Raj found his calling in addressing health disparities amongst vulnerable populations. His experience as an epidemiology research assistant fueled his passion to pursue a Master’s in Public Health. His current role as a Data Analyst for HCD International allows him to use his skills in data analysis to help address population health needs.
Morgan Byrd
Morgan Justina Byrd was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO obtaining her Bachelor of Art in Psychology. Morgan later received a Master's of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and is currently completing her Healthcare Administration Doctoral degree through Capella University.
She recently relocated to Maryland back in July 2016 to explore more career opportunities within the field of Healthcare Administration and is currently serving as a Project Manager for Contact Tracing & Special Projects at Healthcare Dynamics International (HCDI). Morgan's research focuses on health care leadership, executive coaching, and program development and implementation.
Morgan is currently publishing her first book focused on inspiring young women of color to fulfill their life purposes despite limitations and challenges life presents. In her free time, Morgan loves to cook delicious southern dishes and relax with her family and friends. Morgan's motto is that "there are no limitations that can prevent you from fulfilling your life's purpose. You need to take a different route or path, but you will fulfill what you are purposed to do."
