Carrie Donovan MSAS, CPHQ, has worked in Safety, Quality, Risk Management, Infection Prevention and Emergency Preparedness for the last 23 years focusing on care in small rural facilities. Carrie has served as a member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality Board of Directors and is currently an instructor for the Healthcare Quality and Safety program at the Jefferson School of Population Health.
Stephanie Mercado is a 20-year healthcare industry veteran, and has dedicated her career to elevating healthcare professions and advancing workforce performance to achieve better health outcomes. At NAHQ, Mercado spearheaded the development of the industry-standard Healthcare Quality Competency Framework, comprising eight domains, 29 competencies and 486 specific skill statements.
Tricia Ravalico is the Director of Global Scientific Leadership and Education for Abbott Laboratories. She is also the executive lead of the UNIVANTS of Healthcare Excellence Program, a prestigious global award program that was developed to recognize, amplify and inspire best practices in healthcare transformation.
