Attempting to make change without a process is like herding cats. Further, the need for change should be driven by the anticipated outcome, and supported by data. Tools are necessary to capture the “current state” and assist with monitoring change and ultimately, the outcome. Process or performance improvement offers the user the ability to identify substandard performance, and to address specific deficiencies. The learning lab will offer the attendee an overview of basic process and performance improvement tools, and identify which tools should be used when. A copy of presentation is included.
